Air Chief Marshal AP Singh Commends NCC at Republic Day Camp 2026 for Exemplary Youth Leadership and Patriotism

Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, PVSM, AVSM, who serves as the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), paid a visit to the NCC Republic Day Camp 2026. He was welcomed by Lieutenant General Virendra Vats, YSM, SM, VSM, who is the Director General of the National Cadet Corps.

Upon arrival, Air Chief Marshal Singh received a ceremonial Guard of Honour. This was followed by an engaging and colorful band performance by Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani, which showcased the cadets' discipline, precision, and cultural vibrancy.

While at the camp, Singh observed the Flag Area, which was carefully arranged to present various social awareness themes. These themes emphasized national values, civic duties, and the involvement of youth in nation-building. He also toured the NCC Hall of Fame, which proudly displays the organization’s rich history, accomplishments, and its ongoing legacy in fostering disciplined and service-oriented citizens.

During his interaction with the cadets and officials, the Chief of the Air Staff expressed admiration for the high standards of training, motivation, and dedication demonstrated at the camp.
