A total of 340 trainees, including members of the Indian Coast Guard and personnel from Friendly Foreign Nations, have successfully completed their professional Marine Engineering training as part of the Agniveer (ME)-01/25 Batch at INS Shivaji. This achievement reflects their discipline, strength, and professional excellence.

The trainees' transformation from recruits to technically skilled and operationally prepared Sea Warriors of the Indian Navy was celebrated with a Passing Out Parade, marking the conclusion of an intensive training program.

The program at INS Shivaji integrated rigorous academic instruction with practical technical training and fundamental naval values. This comprehensive approach ensured that the Agniveers developed the engineering skills and professional mindset necessary to manage complex marine propulsion systems at sea. The newly trained personnel are now prepared to address challenges in diverse maritime settings.

Commodore S Parthiba, Commanding Officer of INS Shivaji, reviewed the parade. He praised the trainees for their discipline, determination, and resilience demonstrated throughout the course.

Awarding ceremony was held to honor the meritorious Agniveers who excelled in academics, technical skill, and overall performance during their training. These awards recognized their dedication and commitment to naval service.

The successful conclusion of the ME-01/25 course underscores INS Shivaji’s status as the leading marine engineering training center of the Indian Navy. It also highlights the international collaboration and professional integration promoted under the Agniveer initiative.
