The Additional Director General (ADG) of the NCC Directorate in Uttar Pradesh recently paid a visit to the 7 UP Naval Unit NCC and the NCC Group Headquarters in Varanasi. The purpose of this official visit was to review training activities and interact with cadets, with the aim of advancing excellence in NCC training and leadership development.

Upon his arrival, the ADG was greeted with a ceremonial Samman Guard by Naval Wing cadets, showcasing the discipline and professionalism of the unit.

During the visit, the ADG engaged in a motivational session with the cadets, emphasizing the significance of discipline, leadership, character development, and national service. He also discussed the various career opportunities within the Indian Navy and encouraged cadets to excel in their chosen fields.

A notable aspect of the visit was the interaction and interviews conducted for selecting cadets for the All India Nau Sena Camp (AINSC) 2026, a premier national-level training camp organized by the NCC.

The ADG expressed appreciation for the enthusiasm, confidence, and commitment demonstrated by the cadets and commended the high standards of training provided by the unit.
