81st Staff Course Officers Engage in Operational Seminar at Western Air Command
A group of officers from the 81st Staff Course recently visited the Western Air Command Headquarters, where they attended an Operational Seminar. This event was designed to deepen their knowledge of the use of air power in both current and future conflict situations.

During their visit, the officers were introduced to the operational framework, organizational structure, and command and control systems of the Western Air Command. Senior officers delivered comprehensive briefings on the Command’s operational capabilities, emphasizing the roles, responsibilities, and integration of various formations and units in conducting air operations across a wide range of missions.

The seminar highlighted the changing nature of warfare and the significant role of air power in All-Domain Joint Operations, stressing the importance of seamless coordination with land, maritime, cyber, and space domains. Through interactive discussions, participants gained an understanding of planning processes, decision-making frameworks, and the need for jointness essential for modern military leadership.

The engagement enriched the visiting officers’ professional understanding of air power’s role in joint operations, highlighting the importance of inter-service collaboration and synergy in achieving national security goals.
