178 Officers Complete Defence Services Technical Staff Course; Vice Adm Vineet McCarty Emphasizes Tech-Driven Military Strategy
At the Defence Services Technical Staff Course (DSTSC) Serial 08, a total of 178 officers, which included 19 international officers from ten Friendly Foreign Countries, celebrated their graduation. This event marked an important achievement in the realm of military-technical education.

The course featured participation from officers of the Indian Armed Forces and delegates from friendly foreign nations, underscoring the growing international cooperation in defence training.
Vice Admiral Vineet McCarty, serving as the Deputy Chief of Integrated Defence Staff for Doctrine, Organisation & Training, addressed the officers upon their graduation.

During his address, Vice Admiral McCarty highlighted the swift changes occurring in both warfare and technology. He stressed the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and the need to leverage new technological advancements.
