119 Infantry Battalion Recognized as Eastern Command's Top Territorial Army Unit
The 119 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) has been recognized as the top Territorial Army unit within the Eastern Command for the period of 2025–26.
In a ceremony highlighting the unit's exemplary performance and professional excellence, Lieutenant General VMB Krishnan, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Eastern Command, awarded the esteemed Eastern Army Commander’s Banner to the battalion.
