A total of 1,170 Agniveers from the seventh batch have successfully completed their military training. They pledged their commitment to the nation during an impressive Passing Out Parade held at the Kumaon Regimental Centre in Ranikhet.

The new soldiers proudly marched across the Antim Pag, a symbolic gesture marking their transformation from recruits to trained members of the Indian Army. The parade featured stirring regimental music, highlighting the Kumaon Regiment's rich traditions and martial heritage.

Brigadier Vijayant Mahadik, the Commandant of the Kumaon Regimental Centre, reviewed the ceremony, inspecting the parade and extending congratulations to the Agniveers for completing their rigorous training program.

Brigadier Mahadik praised the young soldiers for their flawless drills, smart appearance, military demeanor, and high discipline standards displayed during the parade. He encouraged them to maintain the distinguished traditions and values of the Indian Army throughout their service.

The event was attended by proud parents and family members, some of whom received the Gaurav Padak, honoring their role and support in shaping the future soldiers of the nation.

Officials noted that the training program prepared the Agniveers with crucial military skills, physical endurance, discipline, leadership abilities, and operational readiness necessary to face the demands of modern military service.

The Passing Out Parade signified the start of a new chapter for the 1,170 Agniveers as they begin their careers in uniform, ready to serve the country with honor, courage, and dedication.
