SCE Prayagraj and IIIT Allahabad Collaborate to Inspire Defence Careers Among Students
On October 17, 2025, an important meeting took place as the Commandant of Selection Centre East (SCE) in Prayagraj, along with the Group Commander from NCC Group Headquarters ‘B’, engaged in discussions with Professor Mukul Sharad Sutaone, the Director of IIIT Allahabad.
The primary goal of this meeting was to enhance cooperation between the Armed Forces and educational institutions, focusing on nurturing young talent and encouraging students to consider a career in the defence services.
The discussions centered on creating structured outreach programs aimed at motivating the talented students of IIIT Allahabad to join the Armed Forces. The dialogue emphasized the importance of instilling values such as honour, discipline, and national service among students, urging them to apply their technical skills and leadership abilities in serving the nation.
