President Murmu Engages with MES Officer Trainees at Rashtrapati Bhavan
Officer Trainees of the Military Engineer Services (MES) were received by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan, where she praised their critical role in enhancing the operational capabilities of the Indian Armed Forces.
In her address, President Murmu highlighted the importance of the Military Engineer Services in bolstering the country's defense infrastructure. She remarked that the skills, commitment, and dedication of MES officers are essential for enabling the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force to efficiently and effectively carry out their duties in protecting the nation.
The President pointed out the crucial function of military engineers in developing and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for operational readiness across various terrains and challenging environments.
