Officer Cadets from OTA Gaya Engage in Leadership Development at Nuranang Battalion

A group of 34 Officer Cadets from the Officers Training Academy in Gaya visited the Nuranang Battalion under the Saidpur Brigade as part of their educational military orientation and leadership development program.

During their visit, the cadets had the opportunity to observe an engaging display of infantry weapons and the latest technological equipment. They also experienced modern battlefield training facilities that are crucial for operational readiness in today's combat environments. The program featured a guided tour of the Unit Heritage Hall, providing insights into the battalion’s noteworthy history, traditions, and sacrifices.

The visit allowed the cadets to experience ceremonial traditions at the Quarter Guard, which deepened their understanding of the discipline, customs, and ethos that characterize Army life and regimental pride.
