NCC Cadets' Visit to Military Station Offers Insight into Army Life
Cadets from the National Cadet Corps (NCC) of Government Women Degree College in Kathua recently visited the Dhangu Military Station located in Pathankot. This visit was organized as part of an exposure program aimed at offering them firsthand experience of life within the Indian Army.

The excursion provided the cadets with a deeper understanding of the daily routines, training, and operations undertaken by army personnel. This insight is intended to help them grasp both the challenges and opportunities associated with a military career.

During their visit, the cadets received encouragement to consider careers within the Armed Forces, highlighting the increasing focus on women's participation in defense roles. This initiative is designed to inspire young women to become the future leaders and warriors of the nation, emphasizing the importance of discipline, courage, and service.

Efforts like these help build a stronger connection between the Armed Forces and the younger generation, motivating NCC cadets to embrace leadership opportunities and contribute to national security. This visit represents a significant step in fostering the development of motivated and confident women who aspire to become officers in the Indian Army.
