NCC Cadets Engage with Army Leaders and Sports Icons at 'At Home' Event Hosted by Chief of Army Staff
During the traditional 'At Home' event, National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets were warmly received at the official residence of the Chief of the Army Staff. The occasion was marked by a lively and memorable atmosphere, leaving a profound impact on all attendees.
The event provided the cadets with a rare and insightful experience into the traditions of the Indian Army in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The hospitality extended made it possible for the young cadets to engage closely with senior military leaders, fostering a deeper sense of pride and connection.

General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of the Army Staff, along with other senior officers, interacted with the cadets in an informal setting. This interaction served to inspire and motivate the young attendees to pursue excellence, discipline, and a commitment to serving the nation.
Further enhancing the experience, the cadets had the chance to meet with celebrated sportspersons who have achieved significant success while serving in the armed forces. Among these were Hokato Hotozhe Sema, a Subedar and Paralympics Shot Put participant; Subedar B Dheeraj, an archer; Naib Subedar Jaismine Lamboria, a boxer; and Sanjay Kumar, a Param Vir Chakra awardee and Honorary Captain.
