"Naib Subedar Pawar Khushal Devidas Emerges as Top Graduate at JLA Bareilly Leadership Course"

The Junior Leaders Academy (JLA) in Bareilly celebrated the conclusion of its Leadership & Management Course on March 25, 2026, after a rigorous six-week training session.

This course saw participation from Junior Leaders across the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy, alongside representatives from several Friendly Foreign Countries. This diverse attendance underscored significant inter-service and international collaboration.

Colonel Vishal Kumar Singh, the Officiating Commandant, addressed the attendees, stressing the essential function of Junior Leaders in preserving the Army's principles. He accentuated the necessity for maintaining discipline, rigorous training, and readiness for combat scenarios.

Colonel Singh further remarked on the importance of adept leadership in the context of a constantly changing geopolitical landscape.

The course recognized Naib Subedar Pawar Khushal Devidas from the Maratha Light Infantry Regiment as the Best Student, acknowledging his exceptional achievements.
