Major General Bimal Monga's Engagement with 1 Gujarat NCC Battalion: Focus on Leadership and Technological Empowerment
Major General Bimal Monga, SM, VSM, serving as the Additional Director General for the NCC Directorate in Gujarat, paid a visit to the 1 Gujarat NCC Battalion. During his visit, he engaged with officers, Associate NCC Officers (ANOs), Permanent Instructor (PI) staff, and the cadets.
The General Officer took the opportunity to commend the unit and its civil staff for their outstanding efforts and unwavering dedication, which have contributed to upholding high standards in both NCC training and administration.
While speaking with the cadets, Maj Gen Monga encouraged them to become familiar with emerging technologies, foster leadership qualities, and adopt the core principles and values inherent to the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
