Major Bobby Raj Singh Leads OALE (C)–50 Course Graduates at MCEME, Captain Nikhil Srivastava Follows
The Officers’ Advance Course in Electronics & Communications OALE (C)–50 at the MCEME in Secunderabad has successfully concluded, marking the end of an intensive technical training program for military officers.
Closing Address by Commandant
Lieutenant General Neeraj Varshney, Commandant of MCEME and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of EME, delivered the closing address for the course. He discussed the evolving nature of warfare, emphasizing the significance of communications as the backbone of modern network-centric operations, along with the increasing relevance of quantum and satellite communications. He also addressed the role of 5G technology, secrecy devices, and Software Defined Radios (SDR).
In his speech, he underscored the necessity for officers to possess strong technical knowledge and innovation, as well as effective leadership and management skills when dealing with troops.
