Lt Gen Virendra Vats Engages with J&K CM Omar Abdullah to Enhance NCC Initiatives
Lieutenant General Virendra Vats, YSM, SM, VSM, the Director General of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), and Major General Anupinder Bevli, VSM, the Additional Director General of the NCC Directorate Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh, met with Omar Abdullah, the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting involved discussions on how to enhance the NCC's outreach and increase youth engagement initiatives within the Union Territory.
Both parties reiterated their mutual dedication to empowering young individuals through leadership development, discipline, skill-building, and nation-building programs facilitated by the NCC.
