Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera Highlights Professionalism and Career Progression at Assam Rifles' Quarterly Sainik Sammelan

Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, who serves as the Director General of Assam Rifles, addressed personnel during the Quarterly Sainik Sammelan. The event took place at the Headquarters Directorate General Assam Rifles (HQ DGAR) in Laitkor, Shillong, on June 30, 2026.
