Lt Gen Pratik Sharma Evaluates Readiness at Kanpur Military Station
Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, serving as the Army Commander of the Northern Command, conducted a visit to the Kanpur Military Station with the objective of appraising the operational readiness of the formation amidst the current security landscape.

During his visit, Lt Gen Sharma received updates on the existing readiness levels, training structures, and contingency plans established to tackle the evolving operational challenges. He evaluated the formation's capacity to effectively address changing security demands.

While engaging with officers, Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), and other ranks, Lt Gen Sharma stressed the significance of sustaining high training standards, operational flexibility, and mission preparedness. He underscored the necessity of continuous skill enhancement and readiness to counter emerging threats.
