Lt Gen Prasanna Kishore Mishra Conducts Security Assessment in Chanderkote, Stresses Enhanced Vigilance
Lieutenant General Prasanna Kishore Mishra, who holds the distinguished awards of AVSM, YSM, SM, recently visited the Chanderkote area alongside the General Officer Commanding of Counter Insurgency Force (Delta) as part of their roles in overseeing the White Knight Corps. Their visit was aimed at assessing the current security situation in the region.
During their visit, the commanders received detailed briefings concerning several key areas of security. These included an overview of the existing security architecture, specifics on how forces are deployed, insights into the surveillance grid and monitoring systems, and contingency plans designed to address potential emerging threats.
In-depth discussions were also conducted with a focus on bolstering the security framework. The deliberations addressed the need for enhancing the overall security framework, improving coordination among various agencies, and ensuring effective response mechanisms are in place within the hinterland.

The commanders highlighted the importance of maintaining heightened vigilance and ensuring strong coordination among agencies. These measures are deemed crucial for preserving a safe and secure environment in regions identified as sensitive.
