Lt Gen Pankaj P Rao Reviews Operational Preparedness at Poonch Forward Surgical Centre
On February 23, 2026, Lt Gen Pankaj P Rao, Director and Commandant of the Armed Forces Medical College, conducted a visit to the Forward Surgical Centre in Poonch to assess its readiness for operations and its capabilities in providing combat support.
