Lt Gen Manish Luthra Assesses Kharga Sappers' Combat Engineering Readiness
Lieutenant General Manish Luthra, AVSM, the General Officer Commanding of the Kharga Corps, conducted a review of the operational readiness of the Kharga Sappers.
