Lt Gen Harbinder Singh Vandra Evaluates Infrastructure and Welfare Projects at Bhubaneswar Military Station

Lieutenant General Harbinder Singh Vandra, the General Officer Commanding of the Madhya Bharat Area, conducted an inspection of the Bhubaneswar Military Station. His visit focused on evaluating the progress of infrastructure development and welfare programs designed for defence personnel.

During his time at the station, the General Officer examined initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative facilities, welfare support systems, and the overall infrastructure available to service members and their families.

Separately, Lt Gen Vandra engaged in discussions with the Chief Secretary of Odisha. These talks centered on state-level initiatives pertaining to the welfare, rehabilitation, and resettlement of ex-servicemen, as well as strategies to bolster institutional support for serving members of the Armed Forces.

The discussions underscored the significance of collaboration between military and civil authorities to ensure the successful implementation of welfare schemes and support systems for the defence community.
