Lt Gen DS Rana Discusses Strategic Security and Military Preparedness at Army War College
Lieutenant General DS Rana, who holds the titles of PVSM, AVSM, YSM, and SM, and serves as the Commander-in-Chief at the Headquarters Strategic Forces Command (SFC), recently addressed attendees of the Joint Operations Capability Assessment Programme (JOCAP) at the Army War College (AWC).
