Lt Gen Dhiraj Seth Evaluates Operational Readiness of Strategic Ammunition Depot
Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth, who holds the ranks of PVSM, UYSM, and AVSM, and currently serves as the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Southern Command, made an important visit to a strategically critical ammunition echelon. The purpose of his visit was to validate the unit's operational readiness, examine ammunition management practices, and review safety measures essential for maintaining combat power.

During his assessment, the Army Commander scrutinized comprehensive measures designed to counter threats from emerging Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). He ensured the seamless availability of ammunition for rapid operational deployment and inspected critical explosive storehouses to evaluate technical preparedness and adherence to established safety and security protocols.

Lt Gen Seth acknowledged the unit's unwavering commitment to developing a secure, resilient, and forward-looking ammunition ecosystem, which aligns with the dynamic nature of modern warfare.
