Lt Gen DG Misra Evaluates Welfare Efforts at Abdul Hamid Sainik Institute, Meerut Cantonment
Lt Gen DG Misra, AVSM, who serves as the General Officer Commanding of the Uttar Bharat Area, paid a visit to the Headquarters Paschim UP Sub Area located at Meerut Cantonment. During his visit, he engaged with the troops at the Abdul Hamid Sainik Institute.
As part of his visit, the Army Commander examined the newly upgraded facilities at the institute. He praised the ongoing modernization initiatives aimed at enhancing the welfare, dignity, and overall quality of life for the soldiers and their families. In particular, he acknowledged the institute's significant role in offering comprehensive support services and fostering a nurturing environment for both personnel and veterans.

While interacting with the troops, Lt Gen DG Misra highlighted the importance of empathetic leadership and the effective delivery of welfare services as crucial elements that boost morale and combat effectiveness.
