On February 21, 2026, Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, who serves as the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), visited the Institute of Military Law (IML) to evaluate its training environment and plans for future development.

During his visit, General Sharma received a briefing on the current training initiatives, the progress of infrastructure, and transformative goals aimed at enhancing the professional military legal education.
