General Upendra Dwivedi Commends Retiring Officers at Indian Army Seminar, Fostering Lifelong Bonds
General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of the Army Staff, recently engaged with officers scheduled to retire on October 31, 2025, at the Retiring Officers’ Seminar.
