DIAT Faculty Members Earn Place in Prestigious Global Scientist List by Stanford
The Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT-Deemed University) in Pune has reached a significant academic milestone with 10% of its faculty members earning a spot on the Stanford–Elsevier Global Top 2% Scientists list. This list acknowledges the most influential researchers worldwide across various disciplines.

Compiled by Stanford University in collaboration with Elsevier, the list identifies the top 2% of scientists worldwide, based on standardized citation metrics. These metrics evaluate both career-long and single-year impact, encompassing 22 scientific disciplines and 174 subfields. The database features around 230,000 leading scientists from across the globe.
