On December 17, 2025, Commodore PC Manoj took command of the Indian Naval Air Station INS Rajali in Arakkonam, becoming the 19th Commanding Officer of this key naval aviation hub.

He succeeded Commodore Kapil Mehta in a formal ceremony at the air station. INS Rajali holds a significant position within the Indian Navy, being pivotal for maritime surveillance, long-range reconnaissance, and anti-submarine warfare efforts.
