The College of Defence Management (CDM) has launched an innovative platform known as Vartalaap, an offline, AI-driven Language Learning Model. This initiative, under HQ IDS, aims to revolutionize access to educational resources and learning within defence education.
Created by the Simulator Development Division of CDM, Vartalaap specifically caters to the participants of the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC). The system provides intelligent offline access to a vast repository of knowledge, including dissertations, case studies, presentations, and historical research papers.
Designed to enhance the learning experience, the tool promotes analytical skills and offers secure, uninterrupted access to academic resources. Operating within a closed offline system, Vartalaap ensures data confidentiality while supporting both independent and collaborative learning efforts.
