Captain Sudhir Kumar Tiwari Honored as Top Graduate at EME School Vadodara's Young Officers’ Course
The Young Officers’ Course for the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME) concluded on May 12, 2026, at the EME School in Vadodara.
Participants included Indian Army officers alongside their counterparts from Cameroon, showcasing the ongoing military cooperation between allied nations.

During the closing ceremony, Major General Mohit Gandhi, Commandant of the EME School, honored the award winners and course participants.
Captain Sudhir Kumar Tiwari was named the “Overall Best Student” for his exceptional performance throughout the course. Additionally, Lieutenant Tasah Thomas Oteh from the Cameroon Army was awarded the Medal of Excellence for his professional merit among the foreign officers.

The course aimed to enhance the technical, operational, and leadership skills of young officers, equipping them for future roles in a technologically advancing military landscape.
The training programme underscored the Indian Army’s commitment to professional military education and technical excellence, while also strengthening defence cooperation with partner nations through collaborative training efforts.
