Army Chief General Dwivedi Speaks on Military Transformation at Defence Management Course in Secunderabad
General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of the Army Staff, recently made a visit to the College of Defence Management in Secunderabad. His visit was marked by an address to attendees of the 21st Higher Defence Management Course.
