Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor Highlights Success of Amphibious Phase in Tri-Service Exercise Trishul-25

Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the South Western Air Command, announced the successful completion of the amphibious phase of Tri-Service Exercise-25, known as Exercise Trishul, at a joint press conference held at Madhavpur Beach in Porbandar on November 13, 2025.

This extensive exercise was conducted under the theme 'JAI' (Jointness, Agility, Integration) and involved coordinated efforts by the Indian Armed Forces, Indian Coast Guard, Border Security Force (BSF), and various national security and civil agencies.

The amphibious phase included integrated operations that featured maritime insertion, littoral maneuvers, air-sea coordination, and coastal security drills. Air Marshal Kapoor emphasized the importance of such multi-agency exercises in improving interoperability, enhancing real-time coordination, and strengthening India's capacity to address emerging security challenges in various domains.

He praised the professionalism and seamless collaboration of all the participating forces, stating that Exercise Trishul-25 highlights India's advancing joint operational capability and its dedication to protecting national interests across the land-sea-air spectrum.
