Air Marshal B Manikantan Reviews Operational Preparedness at Air Force Station Bareilly
Air Marshal B Manikantan, who currently serves as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Central Air Command, made a recent visit to Air Force Station Bareilly. The purpose of his visit was to assess the station’s operational readiness and overall functionality. Upon his arrival, he was welcomed with a formal Guard of Honour.

Throughout his visit, Air Marshal Manikantan received briefings on the station’s current operations, maintenance systems, and administrative setup. He conducted inspections of the combat units stationed there, reviewing both their recent accomplishments and plans for enhancing capabilities to boost operational efficiency in the future.

During his visit, Air Marshal Manikantan also inaugurated a newly built swimming pool, which will contribute to the welfare and recreational facilities available to the personnel and their families stationed there.

While interacting with officers, air warriors, and support staff, the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief praised the personnel for their professionalism and dedication, acknowledging their continuous efforts to maintain high standards of operational readiness. He urged them to persist in their pursuit of excellence while upholding the esteemed traditions of the Indian Air Force.
