He is very active in all SUBJECTS concerned with IAF. Down to earth very kind man. He will definitely going to make IAF gains in all respects. our Nation watched Air force day celebrations. Hope some relief to 65 & 71 war veterans who are sent out deprived of Reservist Pension living in utter poverty and neglect.
In my 72 year knowledge of IAF both in and out of uniform, there was no dynamic personality I can remember that would measure up to the height of ACM.A.P.Singh. In all areas in his remit, he has employed his power and position to undauntingly redraw the normal, that was being routinely in great slumber. Having seen chiefs such as Air Marshal Gibbs, I can vouch for the integrity and determined devotion to the betterment of the force,in all his actions. He will be remembered long after is tenure is over. He knows what lies beneath the carpet and not the one to cover it up.
How to forget his looks in CCS meetings before OS? He taught lessons to slow moving HAL and others. He proved how AP is so important; this includes drones and UAVs. Some contradiction did happen post OS. CDS was saying something, Air Chief was saying differently. Govt was quick in Rafale processing. And, at the same time Navy also requires more ACCs and eco friendly Submarines. Army requires more fire power and intelligence machinery and inputs from other Agencies.
The chief of air staff is very humble with value of humanity and having no ego of post and position. God bless him with good health and prosperity. 🙏🙏
Known him for long … An amazing human, true to his principles, Fights for the nation not only from air in every breath he takes, if today LCA has reached some perfection it is because of his strict & professional flight testing feedback principles, Salute the leader from my heart. Missed working under him on the closest position as CAS is my biggest life disappointment now. God bless him.and family. Hope to meet him and will be an honour for me
