RIMC Cadets Achieve Unprecedented Top 3 Ranks in NDA (I) 2025 Final Merit List

The Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) in Dehradun has achieved a remarkable milestone in the UPSC NDA & NA (I) 2025 Final Merit List, securing the top three ranks nationally. The unprecedented accomplishment was achieved by cadets Vaibhav Kumar, Deepansu, and Abhishek Kumar, who secured the first, second, and third positions, respectively. This achievement highlights RIMC's longstanding tradition of excellence and its role in producing distinguished officers for the Indian Armed Forces.

Building on its previous achievements, RIMC had also shown impressive results in the NDA (II) 2025 written examination, where 22 of its 27 cadets passed, marking an 82% success rate. Such consistent performance underscores RIMC's status as a premier institution for military preparatory education in India.

The institution's success is attributed to its rigorous training and the strong support from the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) in Shimla. Under the leadership of Colonel Rahul Agarwal, RIMC continues to excel by providing structured academic preparation, personality development, and exposure to military environments.

The remarkable results are a reflection of the cadets’ perseverance, the faculty’s mentorship, and an institutional ecosystem that prepares them for the highest levels of military leadership.”
