RIMC Achieves Unprecedented Success with Consecutive AIR-1 Rankings in UPSC NDA Exams
The Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) has once again demonstrated its academic prowess by achieving the top position in the UPSC NDA Examination for the May 2026 cycle, securing the prestigious All India Rank 1.
In a statement provided to SSBCrack, Commandant Colonel Rahul Agarwal expressed pride in the institution's consistent and remarkable accomplishments. Over the past five semesters, from May 2024 to May 2026, RIMC cadets have secured four All India Rank 1 positions, including an exceptional streak of AIR-1 in three consecutive semesters, and one All India Rank 2, showcasing an outstanding level of performance.

The impressive journey began with Anmol, who obtained AIR 1 in May 2024. This was followed by Imon Ghosh in May 2025, Vaibhav Kumar in November 2025, and most recently, Parth Kumar Tiwari in May 2026. Such consistent top achievements in the highly competitive NDA examination underscore RIMC's robust academic foundation and disciplined training environment.

Col Rahul Agarwal credited this remarkable success to the persistent hard work of the cadets, the commitment of the faculty and mentors, and the ongoing support from Army Training Command. He highlighted that the institution's supportive environment, complemented by the Indian Army's training framework, has played a crucial role in attaining these exceptional results.

This latest achievement further solidifies RIMC's reputation as one of India's leading military preparatory institutions, consistently producing candidates who excel in the NDA examination and advance to become future leaders of the armed forces.
