Major General Vikas Bhardwaj, who is the General Officer Commanding for the Jharkhand & Bihar Sub Area, recently carried out a thorough evaluation of the training, operational, and administrative readiness at the Ramgarh Cantonment and Ranchi Military Station.

During his visit, Major General Bhardwaj inspected key facilities including the Punjab Regimental Centre and the Sikh Regimental Centre. The inspection also covered medical, logistics, and administrative infrastructures, demonstrating a comprehensive strategy for enhancing capabilities.

He praised the formations for their high standards in training and the effective use of technology in operations and logistics. He also acknowledged the progressive efforts made to enhance the quality of life for soldiers and their families.

A comprehensive review of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) facilities and welfare measures for Veeranganas and veterans was conducted, emphasizing the Army's ongoing dedication to supporting its wider community.

The visit underscored the Indian Army's commitment to operational excellence, welfare programs, and modernization across its formations.
