Maj Gen G. Srinivas Appointed Commandant of College of Defence Management
Major General G. Srinivas has assumed the role of Commandant at the College of Defence Management (CDM) in Secunderabad. He takes over from Lieutenant General Harsh Chhibber, who has been promoted to Director General Information Systems.
Before his current position, Maj Gen Srinivas was responsible for the planning and execution of operational logistics within the Western Command, notably during Operation Sindoor. His effective leadership in logistics management during this operation was a key factor in its success.
Maj Gen Srinivas is a distinguished alumnus of both the College of Defence Management and the National Defence College. As a decorated Gunner Officer, he has a commendable service record and extensive experience in joint operational planning, defence management, and strategic leadership.
