Lieutenant General Pawan Chadha, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Trinity Area, conducted an inspection of the Headquarters Jharkhand & Bihar Sub Area located at Danapur Cantonment. His visit focused on assessing the operational readiness, training standards, infrastructure expansion, and capabilities for humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR).

During his visit, Lt Gen Chadha received updates on the Sub Area's efforts to enhance training, improve operational infrastructure, and bolster preparedness for HADR operations. He evaluated the actions being taken to ensure that military formations are equipped to respond swiftly and efficiently to both military and civilian emergencies.

At the Bihar Regimental Centre, Lt Gen Chadha reviewed the training programs for Agniveers, stressing the importance of mission-focused training to prepare young soldiers for the changing demands of military service. He underscored the significance of integrating psychological conditioning with physical and tactical training to develop soldiers who are mentally resilient and disciplined, capable of performing under challenging operational circumstances.

The Corps Commander lauded the instructors and training staff for their dedication to shaping future-ready soldiers through innovative training techniques, professional guidance, and a structured approach to character development. He urged them to continue adapting training methodologies to meet the evolving nature of warfare and operational needs.

As part of his itinerary, Lt Gen Chadha visited the Army Public School in Danapur, examining the academic standards, student welfare efforts, and institutional infrastructure. He engaged with the school administration and highlighted the necessity of maintaining high educational standards through regular evaluations, ongoing faculty development, and student-centered learning approaches.

The GOC emphasized the importance of regular infrastructure upgrades to create a modern learning environment and ensure that educational institutions within military bases continue to provide quality education to the children of active-duty personnel and veterans.
