Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth, PVSM, AVSM, who serves as the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Southern Command, paid a visit to the School of Artillery in Devlali to evaluate the current training, educational programs, and capability development efforts at the renowned artillery training institution.

During his visit, the Army Commander received a detailed briefing on the advanced training techniques, Professional Military Education (PME) initiatives, and various administrative measures designed to maintain high instructional standards. The briefing focused on efforts to modernize training content and methodologies to align with changing operational demands.

Engaging with the faculty and instructors, Lt Gen Seth stressed the necessity of aligning training with the current dynamics of the battlefield and the emerging challenges.
