Lt Gen Devendra Sharma Leads 2026 ARTRAC Investiture Ceremony in Shimla
The ARTRAC Investiture Ceremony for the 2025–26 training year took place at the ARTRAC Headquarters in Shimla on March 24, 2026. The event highlighted the superior performance across various Army training institutions.

The ceremony, carried out with precision and decorum, was led by Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, who serves as the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of ARTRAC.
During the event, Lt Gen Sharma presented several accolades including Unit Citations for outstanding performance, Awards for Financial Excellence, Digitisation & Automation Excellence Awards, and On-the-spot Commendation Cards. These awards were given in recognition of excellence in training, innovation, and leadership.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lt Gen Devendra Sharma emphasized the significant initiatives undertaken by ARTRAC to transform the Indian Army into a force prepared for future challenges.
