Lt Gen Anindya Sengupta Evaluates Combat Preparedness and Technological Advancements at 510 Army Base Workshop
Lieutenant General Anindya Sengupta, who serves as the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Surya Command, conducted visits to the 510 Army Base Workshop and the Golden Key Division. His visit aimed to assess the combat readiness, operational preparedness, and the ongoing efforts in technology adoption within these units.
During his time at the 510 Army Base Workshop, Lt Gen Sengupta was given a detailed briefing on the facility's capabilities in the repair, overhaul, and maintenance of new-generation equipment and critical weapon systems, all of which are crucial for supporting the operational formations.

The Army Commander expressed his appreciation for the workshop's successful development of strong in-house technical expertise. This advancement reduces reliance on external agencies and ensures the quicker availability of operational equipment for field units.
Lt Gen Sengupta's visit to the Golden Key Division focused on reviewing their operational preparedness. He emphasized the importance of integrating modern technologies into training, operational activities, and capability development efforts.
