Lieutenant General Virendra Vats Commences Role as DG NCC with Visit to Uttar Pradesh Directorate

Lieutenant General Virendra Vats, AVSM, SM, VSM, who serves as the Director General of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), made his inaugural visit to the NCC Directorate in Uttar Pradesh after taking over as DG NCC.
