Indian Navy and Coast Guard Officers Graduate from Advanced Leadership and Management Courses

On January 14, 2026, the Indian Navy celebrated the successful conclusion of its Chief Petty Officer Management Course and Petty Officer Leadership Course at a formal event highlighting professional excellence and leadership development.

Commodore Manmohan Singh, the Commanding Officer of INS Agrani, oversaw the ceremony as the Reviewing Officer. During the event, he presented medals to members of the Indian Navy and the Indian Coast Guard who demonstrated exceptional performance throughout the courses.

The CPO Management and PO Leadership courses are structured to improve managerial skills, leadership capabilities, and decision-making prowess among junior leaders, equipping them for greater responsibilities in both operational and administrative positions.
