Those uneducated people earn more than educated people who work hard to clear competitive examinations. Defence salary is highest in the India with numerous benefits and allowances and without tax. They never share their real salary to outsiders for seeking compassion. On top of that, they have the highest number of leaves. The first pay of an Indian army soldier is approximately 50,000 to 60,0000 Rs. after training which they don’t even deserve. All the defence personnel except some are uneducated and without brains. They have the highest ego.
The pay is decided by Bureaucrats sitting in office with all amenities. Hope I am wrong. I am of the opinion that it has to be planned and decided by army personals who have first hand view of the condition of soldiers. They would be in a better position.
