Aimed at preparing senior military personnel for expanded responsibilities, the course focuses on enhancing leadership skills, professional standards, and decision-making abilities. Participants are trained to assume key roles in their respective services, equipping them to tackle contemporary military challenges while fostering coordination across the armed forces.
The program offered a rare opportunity for leaders from different services to train alongside one another, share experiences, and gain insight into the operational roles and structures of their counterparts. This inter-service cooperation is crucial for bolstering joint operational capabilities and enhancing the synergy between India's military branches.
