CISF Promotes Personnel Across Ranks Nationwide, DG Congratulates Families

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has announced promotions across several ranks, elevating personnel in both its executive and fire wings in recognition of their service and professional record.

In the executive cadre, Constables/GD (CT/GD) have been promoted to Head Constable/GD (HC/GD), while Head Constables/GD have moved up to Assistant Sub-Inspector/Executive (ASI/Exe). The force has also cleared promotions in the fire wing, where Constables/Fire (CT/Fire) have been elevated to Head Constable/Fire (HC/Fire), Head Constables/Fire to Assistant Sub-Inspector/Fire (ASI/Fire), and Sub-Inspectors/Fire (SI/Fire) to Inspector/Fire (Insp/Fire).

Personnel promoted under the order were seen wearing the insignia of their new ranks across the country, reflecting a formal transition into their next appointments and the responsibilities that come with them.

CISF said the promotions were a recognition of the dedication, discipline and years of committed service shown by its personnel in the service of the nation. The force also noted that each elevation brings greater responsibility and a renewed sense of purpose as personnel take on expanded duties while continuing to work with professionalism and honour.

The Director General of CISF congratulated all promoted personnel on reaching their new ranks and extended wishes to their families, acknowledging the support they have provided throughout the personnel’s careers.

The DG also wished the promoted personnel continued success as they assume greater responsibilities and continue their service to the nation.
