CDS 2 2024 Toppers: SSB and Written Exam Marks Revealed

 

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the scores for participants of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II) of 2024. Candidates who took part in the examination can now find and download their marks on the official UPSC website, available at upsc.gov.in, representing a crucial step in the commission's commitment to transparency in the evaluation process.

A total of 64 candidates have been recommended for the Officers Training Academy (Women), while 510 candidates have gained recommendations for the Officers Training Academy (Men). The results also show the success of candidates in other branches of the Indian armed forces, with 37 individuals recommended for the Indian Air Force, 89 for the Indian Naval Academy, and 223 for the Indian Military Academy, highlighting a diverse array of skills and competencies.

Aditya Kumar has emerged as a top performer, leading both the Indian Military Academy with 305 out of 600 marks and the OTA Men with 222 out of 400 marks.

In the Indian Naval Academy, a three-way tie occurred with candidates Siddharth M, Utkrisst Shankar, and Varade Tejas Deelip each scoring 279 out of 600 marks. This situation underscores the competitive nature of this year's candidates. It is noted that while they share the same score, their birth dates differ, which could serve as a tie-breaker based on the institution's policies.

Tanish Goyal excelled in the Indian Air Force Academy by achieving the highest score among OTA Women with 292 out of 600 marks, setting himself apart from other candidates.

Among the women candidates in the Officers Training Academy, Annu distinguished herself with a leading score of 217 out of 400 marks, showcasing her academic capabilities and performance in the selection process.

The overall results illustrate a broad range of high-performing candidates, with Aditya Kumar notably securing top ranks in two categories and a rare three-way tie highlighting the level of competition.
