Air Marshal Surat Singh Awards AOC Commendation Medal to Vijender Singh
Air Marshal Surat Singh, who serves as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, awarded the AOC Commendation Medal to Vijender Singh for his outstanding professionalism, dedication, and significant contributions to the Indian Air Force.
Vijender Singh, known for being an Indian Olympic boxer, made history by securing India's first-ever Olympic medal in boxing at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Following his Olympic success, he ventured into professional boxing and politics.
